According to the Retail Trade Act , all products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

There may be other circumstances to a refund for an order.

1.) The item received is damaged in transit. On receiving the goods must ensure that the package is in good condition externally and no symptoms have been dropped , if so should refuse to post reflecting the impact on the delivery note and notify the Customer Service department for 24 following hours.

Once your order recepcionado should open and check the goods apparently presents no anomaly. Please note that you must test the product within 7 days of receipt for certain cases where you need to perform insurance claim must be reported within 7 days mentioned .

2.)  Defective Merchandise . If you detect any defect in the functioning of the item you have 7 working days from receiving the goods to proceed with your return . You should contact the Customer Service department where you will report on the way forward for exchange or refund the product.

3.) Right of withdrawal . You hold seven working days from the date of receipt of the product to run the right of return and contact our Customer Service department by calling 902 702 799 where you will receive instructions how to do it .

In the case of wear or deterioration of the product for reasons not due solely to its test to make a purchase decision , agreed with the customer the amount owed .

Remember, to proceed with the return of a product must meet the following requirements


1.) Be established within 7 business days from receipt of order .

2.) The product must be in perfect condition , including manuals, accessories, promotional gifts, and generally anything that is affixed to the purchase of that product. If not received in their original packaging the product will suffer a reduction to be passed to the consumer.

3.) In any case, must match the serial number of the product contained in those files .

5.) Must accompany the delivery note or invoice with the product refunded.

6.) The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage and impacts in the transport.

In cases where our sales department detects that the returned product has been tampered with by the customer , the return is not accepted, and if it is accepted , the entire amount paid as the purchase is returned.

Remember there are some exceptions in merchandise returns .


The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the purchase of the following products:

Overall computer products not returned in the same conditions of delivery.

Products that have a subject to price fluctuations not controlled by market.

Products which have been prepared according to buyer specifications or are clearly personalized .

Products that by their nature can not be returned , deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Neither shall the right of withdrawal when they try to customers who are not considered consumer and / or acting within the scope of business or profession .

Refund of purchase

In the case of refund, the full costs of transportation and management are the responsibility of the consumer.

The refund will be made in the same form in which payment was done except when the payment was made in cash entering into our bank account and in this case the refund through wire transfer. shall return the corresponding amount within seven days of receipt of returned merchandise .
